Job description: Architect end-to-end channel cost frameworks and workflows covering pricing validation, billing automation, and multi-currency settlement; Serve as operational nexus between commercial teams and external banking partners to optimize cost transparency and streamline the overall fee reconciliation and settlement process; Design bank fee calculation engines and business requirement document for cross-border payment instruments including SWIFT transaction or Real-Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) systems; Monitors and analyzes cost performance of bank fee, providing support on data analysis. Other related duties assigned as needed. Job description Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Statistics/Business/Actuarial or equivalent. A minimum of 3-year experience in : Cross-border payment operations Multinational bank back-office payment factories Fintech payment company Good in the use of Excel and experience with SQL server and BI tools is a plus Good communication and coordination skills, characterized by structured thinking, a learning mindset, self-motivation, an optimistic and proactive to challenges Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, as well as good command of Mandarin in terms of speaking, reading, and writing; Experience in platform development project and project management will be an advantage Show more Show less
