Job description: Job Description:Elite law firm would like to hire a junior to mid level associate to join their Chamber’s listed Restructuring and Special Situations team out of the HK office.Our client represents an array of stakeholders including IBs, MNCs, private and institutional investors on sophisticated financing transactions across APAC.The scope of work includes enforcement, creditors schemes of arrangement, administrations, liability management, receiverships, liquidation procedures together with exposure to leveraged acquisitions and PE deals.Key requirements:

• Minimum 2+ year PQE (US scale)
• US qualified preferred, but will also consider candidates admitted in SG, HK, UK and ANZ
• Top academics
• Peer firm training or experience (top tier US/Magic Circle)
• Experience in restructuring and insolvency essential
