Responsibilities

• Taking care of product packing, arrangement, refill, and expiry
• Order service, cashiering
• Greet and serve customers in a fast and friendly manner
• Always deliver an exceptional in-store feel-good experience
• Interact with customers confidently to introduce the varied range of store products
• Provide answers to queries presented regarding product information and available offers
• Listen to customers’ needs and concerns in a pleasant manner
• Act with initiative, and be proactive in resolving customers’ concerns
• Ensure that the store is clean
• Follow food safety procedures
• Willingness to work shift hours, weekends, and public holidays
