• Review and formulate collateral management policy and procedure
• Responsible for preparation of the list of acceptable collateral and setting LTV Ratios
• Prepare the MIS reports for concentration risk management
• Manage the list of third-party valuation agencies
• Analyze the credit risk of retail banking portfolio
• Participate in special project as assigned by Management or Head Office from time to time
• Perform the monitor of collateral information in the designated systems
• Perform regular reports and ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business or Science and Technology
• Minimum 5 years of banking or Fintech related project experience. Experience in Credit is preferable.
• Flexible, able to work independently and strong sense of responsibility
• Good communication skills and proficient in spoken / written Chinese and English
• Knowledge of PC applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel
