Job description: Job Description:The ASPICE process improvement leader is responsible for driving Automotive SPICE compliance in Garrett by means of planning, managing and organizing Automotive SPICE assessments, improvement action plan and action tracking. He/She is responsible for professional advice, process improvement and coaching in projects. He/She contributes to the project success by continuously improving the Auomotive SPICE knowledge and adherence.

  • ASPICE Project Improvement

– Plan and manage ASPICE assessments both internal and external.– Define ASPICE gaps and action plan to drive improvements.– Drive ASPICE improvement workshops to ensure ASPICE adherence in projects.– Support adoption of process improvements as per project scope and context.– Support Project and Quality teams to ensure implementation of process innovations.– Support mangement to identify product risks based on process weaknesses.

  • Training and Coaching

– Organize trainings to the Garrett stakeholders on ASPICE basics and ASPICE best practices, with practical examples.– Organize and train Garrett teams on ASPICE processes during the project life-cycle.– Coach the garrett teams on how best to achieve ASPICE maturity.

  • Process Improvement

– Support Garrett Standard Process development with continuous reviews and improvements.– Provide process improvement feedback to the process owners based on assessment results and observation.Education:Master’s degree in mechatronics, electronics or computer science or equivalentAutomotive SPICE procisional assessor certificate. Automotive SPICE competent assessor is an advantageExperience:

  • Minimum 10 years experience in automotive domain
  • Minimum 5 years experience in automotive Software development
  • Minimum 3 years experience as ASPICE assessor and Process Improvement Leader
  • Good experience with state-of-the-art software development tools in automotive domain
  • Process design experience is an advantage
  • Experience in ISO26262 relevant projects

Skills and knowledge:

  • Good knowledge of ASPICE, ISO26262, ISO21434, APQP and OEM/TIER1 typical procust development and milestones
  • Agile development principles
  • Requirements and SW development tools (JAMA, JIRA) and PM tools (MSP)
  • Ability to interface customers (OEM’s) and suppliers (TIER2)
  • Demonstrated capability for action/initiative, customer focus an strong capability to lead in a team environment
  • Proven problem solving skills, including ability to interpret data, define actions, and implement solutions
  • Executive oriented communication style
  • English written and oral communication skills
