The team represent clients across all Court jurisdictions, with particular emphasis on High Court and Court of Appeal litigation.The RolesWe have an immediate vacancy for an Associate / Senior Associate Solicitor to join our thriving Litigation & Dispute Resolution unit. This is an ideal opportunity for an Associate / Senior Associate Solicitor who is keen to progress in a forward-thinking firm.The successful candidate will join a busy team where they will gain hands on experience and a variety of work including:

• Contractual and commercial disputes;
• Defence of casualty, professional negligence and Directors & Officers insurance claims;
• Landlord and tenant litigation;
• Judicial reviews;
• Employment injunctions and disputes;
• Shareholder disputes, including minority oppression.

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• 4+ Years’ experience in Litigation (although all suitably qualified, including more experienced candidates will be considered);

Expected salary: €100000 – 120000 per year
