Job description: Associates Banking & Finance (f/m/x)We are looking for committed and highly qualified associates (m/f/x) with a special interest in banking and finance law to support our team in Vienna.Your Tasks

• International financing of acquisitions, projects, assets or companies
• Structured financial products
• FinTech
• Restructuring, reorganization and insolvency law
• Regulatory advice to banks and other investors
• Capital market law, financial market law and investment funds
• Financial disputes and contentious proceedings

Your ProfileYou will have completed your legal studies with above-average results, have excellent English and German skills, are an entrepreneurial thinker and dedicated lawyer.
