Join us!Summary:The Global Market Change Management (GMCM) team is responsible for end to-end solutions to regulatory (including Risk & Capital) and business change.Team members act as project managers and thought leaders for large strategic and regulatory change projects that impact EMEA GM. These can involve all parts of GM including Sales, Trading, as well as related teams in Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations and Technology, both in the region and more globally. These projects are typically high profile and involve a high degree of strategic problem solving to ensure regulatory and/or commercial viability.The candidate will form part of a well-established and high-performing GMCM team in EMEA and globally.Job DescriptionAs part of the EMEA GMCM team, this role will:Cover key strategic and regulatory initiatives, which may include:Project management, both on an end-to-end basis, and/or discrete sub-componentsDriving work in co-ordination with relevant Business teams, as well as Support and Control partners, to ensure appropriate control frameworks are establishedRunning or supporting governance routines to facilitate key deliverablesSupporting or reviewing underlying legal/regulatory requirements with key stakeholders to determine business impact and appropriate responsePreparedness to challenge interpretations to ensure commercial and regulatory considerations are balancedCollaborating with Business, Compliance and Legal teams to design and deliver training on key regulations / strategic projectsDelivering process walkthroughs, and appropriate ‘audit trail’ on project workSupport several high profile projects concurrentlyCoordinate cross-border and/or cross legal entity conformance on such projectsSupport or lead cross-LOB coordination on key regional and global initiatives to ensure consistency and to identify/resolve any overlaps or conflicting guidance by business/jurisdictionDesired Skills and CompetenciesExcellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to simplify complex information into messages targeted to various levels of leadershipProficiency in Excel, Word and Power PointExcellent critical thinking/problem solving skillsHighly proficient in data aggregation, integration, and analysisExtensive experience of Project Management and knowledge of how programs runStrong comfort and familiarity with Global Markets businesses (FICC, Equities, Futures, etc.) and related platforms (e.g. Brokers, FMI, Trading Venues) and partnersExperience of working with technical teams and translating technical concepts to business audiencesVery strong attention to detailMust be able to work well in collaborative team environment, but also independently run initiativesExcellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple competing/concurrent activitiesWhat can we offer?A highly challenging and stimulating role with exposure across the Global Markets platform and a great scope for individual development.
