Job description: Job Category: Client ServicesJob Description:Associate Trust and Corporate SpecialistHong KongMonday – Friday, 9.00am – 6.00pmHybridIntro:Report to the Senior Manager of Private Client Services, you will work closely with the Senior Trust & Corporate Specialist for various trust structures in line with all relevant regulations, in an effective manner to continuously meet client’s expectations.Some of the things you’ll be doing:

• To handle administration of various type of trust structures assigned from time to time and support your team’s portfolios.
• Assist with on boarding of Trusts and standalone Companies.
• Assist and ensure timely Client File Review.
• Ensure KYC and due diligence checks are performed while handling on-boarding and trust administration.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders while carrying out the trust on-boarding and on-going maintenance tasks.
• Ensure internal and external Compliance policies and procedures and regulatory requirements are met.
• Follow up outstanding fees with the clients.
• Ensuring safekeeping of records in files and/or digital platforms.
• Responsible for collecting relevant documents for FATCA and CRS filings, Economic Substance filings and BVI Annual Financial Return filings.

What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?

• Degree qualification or equivalent
• HKCGI student member preferred
• 2-3 years’ experience in trust and/or company secretarial industries
• Familiarity with the administration of onshore and offshore companies, and standard AML policies and requirements set by Financial Institutions
• Fluent in written English and Chinese
• Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Driven, energetic and self-motivated
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team
