Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center will also host an innovation lab and collaborate with start-ups to develop solutions for productivity optimization, workforce management, loyalty management, payments systems, and more.Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Project Manager Value Streams to drive the successful execution of projects within our newly established value streams framework. This role is critical in fostering cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and delivering measurable value to our customers. You will oversee multiple pods and work closely with leadership to build agile maturity while managing dependencies across teams and aligning with organizational goals.Key Responsibilities:Lead Project Execution within Value Streams:

• Oversee the execution of projects within assigned value streams, managing 34 pods concurrently.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, ensuring alignment with the Value Streams strategic objectives and SAFe principles.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources to deliver high-quality outcomes on time.

Drive Customer-Centric Value Delivery:

• Align project outcomes with customer needs and organizational goals, ensuring consistent delivery of measurable value.
• Track and enhance value stream performance by focusing on flow efficiency, lead time, and delivered business outcomes.
• Partner with Product Owners to refine and prioritize backlogs based on value delivery metrics.

Foster Collaboration Across Pods and Value Streams:

• Act as a servant leader and coach for pods, fostering alignment with Scrum principles.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, QA, Product, and DevOps to optimize workflows and minimize silos.
• Actively contribute to program-level ceremonies, including PI planning and retrospectives, as part of SAFe implementation.

Optimize Processes and Resolve Impediments:

• Identify and address bottlenecks, dependencies, and risks across pods and value streams, escalating issues where necessary.
• Continuously improve delivery processes by leveraging retrospectives, stakeholder feedback, and industry best practices.
• Drive the adoption of metrics such as velocity, throughput, and defect ratios to enhance transparency and predictability.

Metrics, Reporting, and Continuous Improvement:

• Establish and track project metrics, including Flow Metrics (e.g., throughput, cycle time), and SAFe KPIs (e.g., Business Value Score, Predictability).
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders through dashboards and progress reports.
• Document lessons learned and establish knowledge-sharing frameworks to enhance team agility and resilience.

Success Metrics:To ensure clarity and focus, the following success metrics will define the effectiveness of the Project Manager role:Value Delivery Metrics:

• Lead time reduction across pods.
• Percentage of prioritized features successfully delivered per PI.
• Business value realization as defined in SAFes Weighted Shortest Job First (WSJF).

Team Health and Collaboration:

• Improvement in team satisfaction scores during retrospectives.
• Reduction in cross-team dependencies causing delays.

Process Efficiency:

• Increased throughput of the value stream.
• Percentage reduction in blockers and impediments resolved within SLA.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (5+ years) in Project/Program Management roles, ideally in agile or scaled agile environments.
• SAFe or Scrum certification (e.g., SAFe Agilist, PSPO, PSM) is strongly preferred. PMP is a huge plus.
• Strong knowledge of value stream management principles, including flow metrics and systems thinking.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple teams and complex projects with competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
