Job description: Group Finance aims to deliver world-class standards in reporting, financial planning and finance processes. We provide insights and analyses that help the bank make sound business decisions – whether in the areas of product development or customer profitability. We also provide capital management, business planning, forecasting, and tax and accounting advisory services.Key Responsibilities

• Data Analysis and Logic Development: Perform in-depth analysis of source system data, map data structures, and develop logic to generate accurate and compliant regulatory reports, ensuring alignment with reporting requirements.
• Tool and Platform Exploration: Identify, evaluate, and implement tools, platforms, and automation solutions to enhance development efficiency and improve business-as-usual (BAU) processes, including the creation of reusable templates.
• Digital Solution Development: Support the design and implementation of digital solutions to streamline data flows and reporting processes, contributing to Finance’s data-driven transformation.
• Business and Data Analysis: Conduct business and data analysis for Finance initiatives, including upstream system changes, to ensure seamless integration and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Automation and Tooling: Leverage technical expertise in Python, SQL, and data visualization to develop and enhance automation tools, improving efficiency across projects.
• Innovation Support: Contribute to the development and integration of innovative solutions, aligning with the team’s focus on innovative, data-driven approaches.

Requirement:

• 4+ years of experience in business analysis and data science roles
• A degree in Quantitative Finance, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
• Strong understanding and substantial experience in banking businesses
• Demonstrated success in utilizing data-driven methodologies, quantitative & statistical techniques or AI/GenAI to deliver insightful analyses and effective data solutions
• Possesses technical skills in SQL, Python, Qlik, Tableau; cloud platform is a plus
