Walking with them through every milestone and achievement; empowering them to succeed.Privately owned and headquartered in Hong Kong, TEC provides first class Exclusive and Shared Workspaces, Business Concierge Services, and Meetings & Events facilities to suit any business’ needs.Service Revenue department (encompassing Meetings & Events, Virtual Office, Coworking, Community, Partnerships, and Food & Beverage) is focused on driving increased revenue across product lines through innovation and centralisation of key functions to drive efficiencies and synergies, across all 36+ cities within the TEC network.As a member of the Service Revenue HQ Team, the Service Revenue Associate will support and drive a variety of projects focused on marketing, broker management, systems, financial analysis, and product line initiatives, as well as drive various miscellaneous tasks.Responsibilities:Broker Management:

  • Design and maintain a centralised broker management database to store and track all relevant broker information across the global network.
  • Gather and analyse data on broker performance, revenue contribution, and platform effectiveness to identify trends and provide growth opportunities.
  • Implement structured processes (supported by training programs) on broker developments and standard operating procedures.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive broker agreements, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and representation of company’s best interests.

Marketing Strategy:

  • Assist in developing and managing the global marketing calendar for Service Revenue.
  • Work in tandem with relevant teams to reflect accurately any changes in the global inventory and products across TEC’s digital platforms and price guides.
  • Support the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and newsletters.

Innovation:

  • Assist in identifying, planning, and launching new Service Revenue products and services.
  • Prepare product proposals for Internal Teams, Clients, and Landlords, which align with the business objectives. Where needed, help with Service Revenue product growth, design, and development for new centre expansions.

Reporting & Financial Analysis:

  • Assist with capital expenditure reporting and maintain database related to such expenditures.
  • Work with data analytics tools to create and maintain reports for Service Revenue projects and Local 4Teams, enabling informed decision-making.

Miscellaneous

  • Consolidate and address minor concerns from various teams (e.g. Salesforce or other software issues),coordinating with relevant departments to find effective solutions.• Service Revenue is a new department undergoing rapid changes. You must be adaptable and willing toperform duties that at times do not fall directly within this Job Description.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Legal right to work in Hong Kong.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, including the ability to multitask, adapt to changing priorities, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with team members and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Offices, with a focus on PowerPoint. Excel is a plus
  • Shortlisted candidates will be required to prepare a PowerPoint case study based on a provided scenario.
