Working across geographies internationally and nationally As One, we deliver comprehensive and bespoke service offerings to help our clients meet their global mobility, individual income tax, social security and immigration needs in a fast paced, constantly evolving and increasingly complex regulatory environment.Work you’ll do

• Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients while reporting to Managers and above
• Deal with tax authority enquiries in an effective manner
• Apply a good understanding of individual income tax legislation and assist with the advising of and guiding clients on structuring and planning international assignments
• Get involved in wider mobility structuring and remuneration advisory projects
• Play an integral part of the delivery of individual income tax and consulting projects, such as preparing tax returns and computations and performing tax research, managing client expectations, deadlines and deliverables
• Liaise with expatriate individuals, senior executives, client HR and tax head, and various government authorities
• Develop knowledge of current tax legislation across the Global Tax and Legal function
• Recognize the key capabilities required to deliver a high quality service experience to the client
• Collect, assimilate, and analyze data and uses standard processes and tools to help surface and support solutions for solving problems in the Tax and Legal business
• Apply technology knowledge to address client business challenges
• Develop knowledge of service areas and global mobility service delivery model variations across clients and ensure compliance by understanding individual income tax rules

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or related disciplines, preferably with a recognized professional qualification
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Interpersonal skills with efficient communication with both peers and clients
• Has long term commitment for this job
• Self-motivated and be able to take initiative
• Hard-working spirit with strong sense of responsibility
