The individual will interact and collaborate with senior professionals across various teams including research and investment, legal and compliance, monitoring and reporting, sales, among others, to present private debt’s service offerings and investment products to institutional investors and help fulfill client requests.The person should have a solid understanding of investments and private markets, strong client servicing and writing skills. Understanding of business development and capital raising processes is also desired.Essential Job Functions:

• Become a product specialist, ensuring deep knowledge of private debt strategies to lead effective and proactive client communication
• Directly support Private Debt’s Business Development function in collaboration with BD/Sales team and senior PD professionals to ensure consistent engagement with existing clients and identified prospects
• Draft, review, and refine RFP responses and DDQs-tailoring content to address prospect and client requirements while maintaining the firm’s branding and message consistency
• Act as a central point of contact between internal teams to ensure coordinated efforts in delivering exceptional client service
• Assist in maintaining central database of data and responses to ensure content is kept up to date, accurate and consistent with the firm’s overall message
• Assist with various other ad hoc projects and analyses for the team

Education/Work Experience Requirements:

• 4+ years of solid work experience in Asset Management, preferably in Private Markets, in a company with international orientation
• Min. Bachelor’s degree required, concentration in business administration, marketing, or equivalent preferred
• Proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint, Word and other Microsoft office programs
• Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize workflow in fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
• Comfortable with various responsibilities, from event coordination to marketing support
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German is a must
• Highly motivated individual with demonstrated initiative, independence and adaptability
• Follow up skills and acute attention to accuracy and detail are essential
