• Perform FATCA/CRS classification, due diligence, and reporting.
• Conduct CDD/EDD procedures in accordance with AML/KYC regulations.
• Maintain proper records of CDD documents and information.
• Prepare bank forms, W8 forms, and CRS forms according to defined FATCA/CRS classifications.
• Collaborate with Managers and customers to collect outstanding documents and information for FATCA/CRS/AML/KYC due diligence.
• Prepare and monitor investor KYC trackers for ongoing due diligence.
• Stay updated on industry developments and trends to review new legislation and compliance issues.

Key requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognized university or college; law knowledge or studies is an advantage.
• 1-year relevant experience is preferred; fresh graduates will also be considered.
• Sound knowledge of FATCA/CRS/AML/KYC is preferable.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
• Independent, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
• Strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
