Job description: Job DescriptionOur clientA leading travel company in the GCC region.Your RoleAssociate Product ManagerAs an Associate Product Manager, you will spearhead the roadmap and feature enhancement efforts. This role involves shaping the leadership, development, and expansion of key initiatives while exerting a pivotal influence on their evolution.Key Responsibilities

• Develop and drive an ambitious product vision and strategy.
• Collaborate with technology, design, and QA teams for seamless releases.
• Establish and track key KPIs to measure success.
• Engage with customers and conduct market research to refine the vision.
• Analyse market competition and strategically position offerings.

Must Haves

• 1-3 years of experience in product management for a consumer-facing, technology-enabled business/product from the e-commerce industry.
• Engineering or Engineering and Management postgraduate degree.
• Strong understanding of technology’s impact on roadmaps.
• Proficiency in Arabic and understanding of the Middle East market.
• Passion for data-driven decision-making and problem-solving.
• Ability to evaluate ROI, revenue generation, and business growth.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
