- Assist RBD MKT Director to design and develop RBD academic platform
- Assist RBD MKT Director to develop portfolio strategy and prepare new products launch.
- Make concrete portfolio activities plan based on HCPs’ insights
- Project and budget management
- Preparate market activities application and execution in the field.
- Track and monitor activities execution progress, identify the compliance risks and control the risks
- Ensure PV/Safety management and self-check regularly.
- Budge management of relevant projects plan and tracking
- External vendor management
- Sales engagement and internal collaboration
- Lead and implement internal meetings, eg. Cycle meetings, quarterly meetings, compliance training, etc.
- Facilitate Sales/MKT capability development project execution
- Facilitate internal meetings with Global/IO and other cross functions
The requirements:
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong collaboration with external/internal stakeholders with a good compliance mindset.
- Fluent in English.
