The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking Associate Nurse Unit Managers to join our team within the Acute Surgical Unit.We are looking for dynamic and experienced nursing professionals ready to take on a leadership role in a new surgical ward at the Lyell McEwin Hospital. We are seeking Associate Nurse Unit Managers for our soon to open Acute Surgical Unit (ASU). Located on the second floor of the Lyell McEwin Hospital the ASU is closely located to the Operating Theatre Complex and will provide care for surgical patients presenting via a non-elective route. The role of the ASU is to provide a 24-hour 7 day a week assessment and management service for all emergency general surgery patients referred to the ASU. The ASU will also be responsible for acute assessment of surgical patients requiring a direct admission from any other health service including Modbury Hospital.
