In the future, the company will launch new medicines or indications in therapeutic areas including CV & metabolism, respiratory, oncology, immunology, CNS and retinal health to meet the demand of Chinese patients.ResponsibilitiesPatient Activation Strategies and Omni – channel CampaignsConduct in – depth research on patient behavior, needs, and pain points to develop innovative patient activation strategies.-Plan and execute omni – channel marketing campaigns that integrate digital channels (such as websites, mobile apps, social media), and offline events. Coordinate with internal teams, as well as external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution.-Analyze campaign performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as patient acquisition, conversion rates, and engagement levels. Use data – driven insights to optimize future campaigns and strategies.Building Partnerships across the Value Chain.-Identify and build strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the healthcare value chain, these partnerships should be mutually beneficial and contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization.-Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners through regular communication, joint planning, and collaboration on projects. Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure that all parties’ interests are protected.-Proactively facilitate knowledge sharing and resource exchange among partners to drive innovation and improve patient care.Building Stakeholder Solutions for Optimized Patient Care.-Work closely with internal teams, to understand the needs of different stakeholders (patients, healthcare providers, payers) and develop solutions that optimize patient care.-Develop marketing materials and communication strategies that effectively communicate the value of these solutions to stakeholders.-Collaborate with sales teams to support the adoption of these solutions by stakeholders. Provide training and support to sales representatives to ensure they can effectively communicate the benefits of the solutions.Upholding Company Values and Compliance.-Act as a role model in upholding the company’s values, including integrity, patient – centered care, and innovation. Ensure that all marketing and communication activities are in line with the company’s ethical standards.-Stay updated on relevant healthcare regulations and industry best practices. Ensure that all marketing campaigns, partnerships, and stakeholder communications are compliant with local and national laws and regulations.-Provide leadership and guidance to the team on compliance – related matters and conduct regular training sessions to ensure that all team members are aware of and adhere to compliance requirements.Requirements-More 10 years working experience in marketing, advertising, and communication within the Chinese market, across multiple industries. Healthcare Industry Experience Preferred.-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese & English.-Outstanding interpersonal skills and presentation skills.-Proven excellent collaboration skills & a result – oriented mindset.-Strong communication and negotiation skills to handle complex business situations and partnerships.-MBA degree or equivalent advanced business education is preferred.
