For more information on PepsiCo and the opportunities it holds, visit .Associate Manager Vendor Management in Data & AI OrganizationWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join our Data & AI (D&AI) Organization. The ideal candidate will lead the vendor management function and build strong stakeholder relationships with the finance, AGS team, and Global procurement team. They will collaborate with the Field Glass (FG) team to generate and analyze reports, ensuring timely and accurate data for leadership review and audits. This role involves daily analysis of FG reports, developing visualization templates, mapping vendor capabilities, and managing contracts to align with program goals. The leader will also identify opportunities to optimize contracts. Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration and Reporting:
  • Collaborate with the Field Glass (FG) team to define and generate reports for the D&AI Organization in the required formats.
  • Ensure timely availability of accurate FG reports for leadership review and audits.
  • Data Analysis:
  • Perform daily analysis of FG reports to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
  • Develop templates to visualize key metrics such as spend, vendor performance, and resource utilization.
  • Manage all the SOW, T&M, labor, software, and hardware costs and keep the data updated.
  • Vendor Management:
  • Lead the vendor management function.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of existing contracts, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to achieve leadership targets.
  • Execute vendor management strategy successfully.
  • Identify potential skill gaps and propose alternative vendor solutions where necessary.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management:
  • Build strong relationships with finance, AGS team, and Global procurement team.
  • Contract Management:
  • Track and manage relevant contracts to ensure alignment with associated programs.
  • Identify opportunities to convert Time & Material (T&M) contracts into Statement of Works (SOW).

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s or a Master’s Degree.
  • Minimum 11 years of experience in Technical Project Management involving strong stakeholder management.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a Data & AI or similar organization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation.
  • Proficiency in using reporting tools and developing data visualization templates.

Technical Skills:

  • Experience in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Understanding of data management and governance principles.
  • Experience with project management ,Excel and Vendor Management tools.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Field Glass (FG) or similar reporting systems.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices in data analysis and vendor management.
  • Ability to drive process improvements and implement strategic initiatives.
