• Compile and monitor operating and capital expenditure budgets, ensuring timely management approval and regular forecasts
• Prepare management reports leveraging data analytics to deliver actionable insights for business planning and performance evaluation
• Support month-end closing activities, collaborating with financial reporting teams for accuracy and efficiency
• Oversee cost management initiatives, aligning with financial goals and identifying optimization opportunities
• Ensure compliance with internal governance and management control procedures, updating policies and standards as needed
• Refine financial processes to adapt to digital transformation
• Provide professional financial and control-related advice to internal stakeholders
• Perform ad hoc tasks and assignments as required to support departmental objectives

Requirements

• A recognized university degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Qualified accountant with HKICPA or other recognized professional accounting bodies
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, cost control, and management reporting
• Proven experience with Oracle ERP systems; knowledge of Oracle PPM and EBPCS is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power Automate; experience with AI-driven applications is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (spoken and written) to present complex financial insights to stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a dynamic, evolving environment
• Innovative, independent, and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment
