The are what drive and unite us across the globe.About the Role:As Associate Legal Counsel, under the guidance and direction of the Global Vice President of Legal, you will provide legal support to the company and assist in a wide range of commercial, product, strategic, and operational legal matters. The ideal candidate must possess strong drafting, research, writing, and communication skills, and also be able to deal with multiple tasks at the same time.The candidate must have excellent business judgment and strategic thinking and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a collegial, fast-paced team environment. Sitecore’s business spans the globe and requires an experienced, dynamic, team-oriented legal counsel.What You’ll Do:

• Maintain and update content on Sitecore’s acclaimed and industry-recognized

, as well as generally manage our commercial template repository, guidelines and libraries * Drive innovation and automation of commercial contracts and processes including playbooks and oneNDA

• Be familiar with and be able to support Field Legal with the drafting and negotiation of customer-facing SaaS and Software Master Agreements, as well as the legal aspects of Sitecore’s reseller program
• Support AI Governance efforts – e.g., policies, impact assessments and training
• Assist with integrating AI into the daily legal workstream including driving digital assistant initiatives across the legal team
• Working with external counsel and internal stakeholders, engaging in regulatory horizon scanning, as well as conducting legal research and providing legal advice on various regulatory matters affecting Sitecore’s product offerings (e.g., DORA, Data Act, EAA, AI Act, etc.)
• Close partnering with the Product and R&D teams to address legal issues and help drive legal team product expertise through training and information sharing
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Product, Security, Privacy, Marketing, and Procurement, to support cross-functional projects
• Support various compliance matters and initiatives
• Support other legal team matters and special projects from time to time.

What You Need to Succeed:

• 3+ years of relevant law firm and/or in-house experience with a focus on technology law and commercial contracting
• Law degree and
• Experience and interest in AI use and governance will be considered an asset but not a requirement
• Strong verbal and analytical skills, along with excellent contract drafting skills
• Demonstrate a positive, empathetic and customer-oriented ‘can do’ attitude, balanced with honesty, integrity, and trust-building behaviors in all dealings
• Be team-oriented, and comfortable working with a global legal team and commercial, product and technology teams
• Ability to interact comfortably with senior company stakeholders
• Solid business acumen and the ability to manage several simultaneous projects under tight deadlines
• A strong attention to detail and a strategic awareness
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a commitment to professionalism and collegiality
• Willingness to travel occasionally
