The Associate partners with relevant stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of information provided to both internal and external clients. This role requires use of specific performance measurement knowledge to achieve goals through own work.Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesServes as the subject matter expert for one or more NTAM product offeringsDevelops knowledge base and familiarity across the entire NTAM product suiteIdentifies and implements process improvementsParticipates in projects that affect all stakeholders including portfolio managers, client servicing, and product teamsThinks critically to solve complex problemsImpacts quality of own work and the work of others on the teamParticipates in committee meetings or meetings with senior management as well as assisting in meeting preparation.May serve as a mentor, and provide informal guidance to junior team membersNecessary Knowledge and SkillsRequires expanded conceptual knowledge of the investment management industry, specifically investment performance measurement and applicationsUnderstands key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own workExplains complex information to others in straightforward situationsHighly flexible and adaptable to changeProficient in Microsoft Excel and Office applicationsNecessary Experience and EducationA College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experienceMinimum 5 years investment management, asset management, or performance measurement experienceCIPM or CFA a plusSalary Range: $61,500 – 98,300 USDSalary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
