This includes workforce planning, performance management, talent management and employee experience.Be a trusted liaison between staff and leaders and role model PwC’s valuesWork with the businesses to identify and anticipate immediate and future people needs, and develop practical solutionsHave a point of view on people policies and practices, and be able to internalise, implement and regularly review practices to ensure we remain an employer of choiceAssist the HRBP Manager to drive the annual performance and rewards review cycle, including goal setting, performance reviews, bonus allocation and salary increments.Manage, provide advice on, and resolve employee relations issuesEnsure timely reporting to stakeholdersEnsure that all requests and questions from employees are attended to efficientlyDevelop and implement staff engagement strategy incorporating best practices and data points from internal employee surveysMinimum years experience requiredBachelor’s degree in any discipline.
