Job description: Responsibilities

• Prepare and review consolidation for the quarterly, interim and annual financial statements
• To draft and prepare the quarter, interim and annual announcements and reports, and other stock exchange filings as required
• Collaborate with supervisors on the financial results
• Handle other issues related to financial arrangements, accountings, measurements and presentations and reporting of financial information
• Liaise with external auditors other professional parties
• Prepare all the materials for board meetings
• Perform Ad-hoc projects as requested

Requirements

• University degree in Finance / Economy and Accounting
• 1-2 years of experience in financial reporting is preferred
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese / Mandarin)
• Experienced MS Office user
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Independent, self-motivated, capable to handle tight timeline
• (Fresh Graduates are also welcomed for the application)
