Job description: My client a leading global consultancy firm in Dublin 4 have a vacancy for an Associate Director in Tax for an initial 12 month contract.This role will report to the Tax Director and will lead a team of 3 within a department of 7.Hybrid working- 2 days in the office ( D4)Key duties will include:· Oversee the global tax compliance requirements, tax provision calculations, tax disclosures and internal controls.· Partner with the Global Mobility team and provide expert advice· Manage the global transfer pricing policy and compliance and provide tax advice on intercompany arrangements.· Assist the Group Finance team with tax reporting, monthly provision calculations and other accounting tasks as required.· Partner with the Tax Director and assist with the planning and implementation of continuous improvement projects.· Research the impact of current and proposed tax legislation on the business and stakeholders.The ideal candidate will be:· A Qualified Accountant- ACA, ACCA, CIMA· AITI/CTA qualified with relevant international experience( ideally)· Strong technical tax knowledge· Have relevant experience in practice and/or an MNC.Contact Natasha today on 01 5005987#LI-NB1
