The Associate Director will represent the firm in its dealings with all relevant parties, from pre contract award throughout the entire course of the construction activities for a large scale giga project. We are looking for a dynamic individual with extensive experience in Pre Contract Commercial & Cost Management who specialises in MEP and has worked on a range of largescale and complex developments.We envisage success in this role to include;Pre Contract Responsibilities
QualificationsTo be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envisage that you will bring a minimum of 15 years pre-contract, cost and commercial management experience within a consultancy environment. Bachelors Degree in Quantity Surveying and chartered, MRICS or equivalent.
