Together, you will steer Arla’s sustainability strategy, covering crucial areas like nature, climate, life cycle assessments, business conduct, and human rights. Your leadership will be pivotal in shaping Arla’s future direction, ensuring we set and meet ambitious sustainability goals.You will represent Arla’s stand on sustainability, collaborating extensively with internal and external partners to uphold our commitment to creating the future of dairy. Your team will set the benchmark and lead the discussion of how the sustainability direction should develop within Arla.Your key responsibilities:

• Lead Arla’s Nature and Climate Strategy: Develop strategies, set targets, manage key development projects, and report progress to maintain Arla’s leadership in sustainable dairy
• Drive Science-Based Targets: Report, develop, and implement methodologies to meet targets, ensuring guideline adherence and stakeholder collaboration
• Advance Product Carbon Footprint Initiatives: Align with guidelines and collaborate globally to enhance carbon footprint measurement
• Ensure Business Conduct: Oversee adherence to Arla’s business conduct and human rights commitments

• A proven track record in developing corporate-level sustainability strategies within the FMCG industry
