This role will lead and support the Commercial and Tech Ops teams in preparation of budgets, forecasts, and strategic investments for growth. The position will be responsible for the end-to-end tactical execution of recurring financial requirements and for ensuring alignment across related teams. The Associate Director will support the Head of Finance – Japan to ensure comprehensive financial support for the management and analysis of overall Japan organization especially Commercial and Tech Ops (including current investments and future products). He/She will partner with Accounting team to manage COGS and inventory component cost tracking and in addition, will partner with business areas as needed to support special initiatives.
