Seamless collaboration with Business Stakeholders and DDIT Partners, driving change to meeting continually changing needs with innovative solutions and stellar execution.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Leadership in delivering financial and management reporting solutions.Ensuring alignment of project and operations delivery with business and IT objectives.Optimization of financial reporting tools and processes.Collaboration with IT partners and business teams to drive improvements in financialEnsuring compliance with internal and internal standards (focused on SOX and & Security).Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion: :We are committed to building an outstanding, inclusive work environment and diverse teams representative of the patients and communities we serve.What you’ll bring to the role:Proven experience in financial management and reporting; and excellent communication and presentation skills.Background in leading financial reporting solution delivery and improvement projects. Strong leadership and management abilities in particular with external resource teamsExperience with financial reporting tools/ technologies and exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong track record in cross-functional collaboration and leadership.Proficiency in financial reporting tools and software (SAP ECC, S/4, SAP BI & SAC, Power BI)You’ll receive:Monthly pension contribution matching your individual contribution up to 3% of your gross monthly base salary; Risk Life Insurance (full cost covered by Novartis); 5-week holiday per year; (1 week above the Labour Law requirement) ; 4 paid sick days within one calendar year in case of absence due to sickness without a medical sickness report; Cafeteria employee benefit program – choice of benefits from Benefit Plus Cafeteria in the amount of 12,500 CZK per year; Meal vouchers in amount of 90 CZK for each working day (full tax covered by company); Car Allowance; MultiSport Card.
