We support our transaction banking clients to innovate and revolutionise the way they can interact with their customers and to deliver working capital and operational efficiencies.This role will report into Director, Business Development and be part of a talented team of transaction banking specialist situated across Australia.Do work that matters:As the Associate Director, you will support the Director in key tasks which include but not limited to:Origination of new to bank transaction banking mandates and retention of strategic clientsDevelop and maintain client relationships with treasurers and c-suite executivesLead a client deal team to respond to transaction banking tender and proposal requestsWork with relationship coverage teams to develop and maintain client plans for key client targets to identify opportunities and client engagement strategiesHave a deep understanding of clients’ payments and cash management needs to identify opportunities for improvementCollaborate with other teams, such as product management and operations to ensure effective delivery of transaction banking solutionsAnalyse, structure and negotiate deal opportunities to ensure optimal outcomes are achieved for the client and Transaction Banking SolutionsWe’re interested in hearing from people who have:A commitment to building on a strong foundation of transactional banking experience, business development or solution consulting experience.
