Job Description:
As an Operations Associate in our Dental Billing team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end dental billing process for our clients. This is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in medical billing while working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:
Assist in processing dental claims for submission to insurance companies.
Follow up on unpaid claims and handle any billing discrepancies.
Communicate with dental practices and insurance companies regarding claim status and issues.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Accurately input data and maintain patient records in the billing software.
Collaborate with team members to improve billing processes and resolve issues.
