We serve over 1,000 investment firms, offering clients 24/7 coverage through our team of 1,300+ employees located across nine offices.Job DescriptionWhat is Consulting?Our consulting clients work on behalf of large companies (e.g. Fortune 500’s) or institutional investors and support them by doing deep dive research to provide guidance on their corporate strategy or investment decisions. The insights they get through our experts and content are the backbone of the recommendations they deliver to their clients.Associate, Consulting (Global Client Services)As an Associate on the Global Client Services Team, you will have opportunities to work with the sharpest minds in private equity funds. They will rely on you for access to the most relevant experts exclusively based in Europe and the Americas, which you are responsible for identifying and recommending to them throughout their investment lifecycles. The projects can be complex, but the impact is meaningful – every day you will get to hear directly from your clients, experts and colleagues about the difference you have made.Hybrid working with timings- 5:30 pm to 2:30 am IST. Additionally, the first two months of onboarding require training in-office with our day shift teams.Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to relevant experts in Europe and the Americas to present the opportunity and encourage them to participate in consultations with our clients.
  • Deliver excellent client service by being a fast, responsive, thoughtful and proactive research partner.
  • Negotiate and persuade experts to connect with our clients at short notice, scheduling calls as soon as possible, whilst operating within our industry-leading compliance framework.
  • After 4-5 months, you will be driving the long-term performance of your book of business by understanding your clients’ research needs and continuously monitoring how our content can best support them.

  • Manager Track, where you start our Emerging Leaders program to develop your leadership skills and have the opportunity to apply for a Connections Manager role
  • Individual Contributor track, where you will continue to hone your client engagement skills and unlock greater bonus earning potential.

In your first year, you will sharpen your skills in…

  • Business Acumen: understand and navigate corporate structures, sector value chains, and key stakeholders. Learn to identify key drivers and dynamics to understand your client’s knowledge gaps and engage with industry experts. Gain an introduction to the world of investment and how decision makers in this field think
  • Persuasion and Negotiation: learn how to effectively pitch to senior industry executives, persuade them to engage with clients and negotiate terms
  • Relationship Building: increase your network and build relationships with clients and industry experts by delivering a high-end customer experience throughout
  • Time Management: execute on multiple projects at a given time, manage competing priorities and changing client requests. Prioritisation and context switching are key in order to handle the fast-paced environment we operate in
  • Stakeholder Management: sharpen your interpersonal skills as you collaborate with others to share knowledge and develop sourcing strategies when executing on client requests
