This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional client services in a virtual environment.WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Administrative Support – Perform general administrative tasks such as managing calendars and scheduling appointments.
• Communication Management – Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, handling email correspondence, and ensuring timely and accurate communication.
• Meeting Coordination – Assist in coordinating virtual meetings, including scheduling, sending invitations, and preparing necessary materials.
• Task Prioritization – Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet client deadlines and expectations.
• Research and Analysis – Conduct research on diverse topics as assigned, providing relevant information to decision making.
• Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
• Customer Complaint Analysis – Analyze customer complaints, identify underlying issues, and recommend effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Price Quotes – Prepare and offer price quotes to clients’ customers, ensuring accuracy and alignment with product and service offerings.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Qualification: A 4-Year Bachelor’s degree is preferable. Preferably in Accounting & Finance/ Business Studies/ Economics/ Public Relations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Entry-level or minimal experience in client-facing roles, with a passion for sales.
• Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to learn
