This includes finance products, utilities, home services, furnishings, automotive and many more innovative advertising and lead generation tools. The fast-growing Media business includes a cross-functional team from Product, IT, Sales, Marketing, PR and Communications, HR, Finance and Legal. We’re all about using digital solutions to make property and everything that supports consumers around property, simple, efficient and stress free.What the role is all aboutAs the Associate AdTech Specialist, you’ll be focussed on:Technical Expertise & Support:

• Manage and prioritize the AdTech support queue, addressing technical issues and providing efficient solutions for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of AdTech tools and systems, such as Ad Serving, Audience Management, CDP, DSPs, and SSPs.
• Play an instrumental role in optimizing and maintaining our AdTech systems to ensure enhanced performance and operational efficiency.

• Working closely with the Media Squad, AdTech & Product team to deliver projects and maintain our existing products, including bug fixes and feature enhancements

Bridging & Collaboration:

• Act as a pivotal connector between AdTech and AdOps teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and communication on projects, processes, and troubleshooting.
• Support AdOps processes by assisting with setting up, testing, and implementing ad formats and features.

Process Improvement & Product Testing:

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation, facilitating the adoption of new technologies and procedures within the organization.
• Participate in the testing and quality assurance of new products and features to ensure successful deployment.

Communication & Stakeholder Management:

• Serve as a technical consultant and primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing recommendations and addressing inquiries related to AdTech operations.
• Foster strong relationships with team members and clients, promoting effective knowledge-sharing and a collaborative work environment.
• Participate in regular performance and evaluation reviews as required
• Communicate effectively through written and verbal communication
• Communicate regularly with key stakeholders and relevant teams via stand-ups, 1:1s, WIPs, presentations, and other forums as required from time to time
• Maintain professional and ethical behaviour

Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Analyze technical data and compile reports detailing insights, optimization results, and recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain clear documentation of technical procedures and solutions to support ongoing knowledge sharing.

Who we’re looking for

• 2+ years of experience in digital publishing/media and/or AdTech, with a focus on technology and support.
• Expertise in ad serving platforms, particularly Google Ad Manager, and a broad understanding of the AdTech environment.
• Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, APIs, with additional knowledge of SQL and Python being a plus.
• AdTech industry experience desired – Bidding solutions, DSPs, SSPs, Tag Management, CDPs, as well as knowledge of targeting and creative setup used in media campaigns
• Excellent problem-solving skills, curiosity, and desire to learn
• Able to navigate and be adaptable between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Able to use sound judgement to make decisions, handle responsibility and be

assertive within the parameters of the role * Someone who is proactive and takes accountability for their own work

• Experience in process improvement, product testing, and supporting AdOps processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid working environment.
