The primary goal is to support callers with all aspects of their account needs. The chosen candidate will provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients, addressing their inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. They will also have a firm understanding of current financial markets and retirement account operations.What you will do:
