Job description: Business FunctionTechnology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank’s operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.Responsibility

• Manage Department expense and headcount through annual budget and monthly forecast
• Work with stakeholders to explore and drive Department strategic cost management
• Facilitate expense management on Bank-wide operational costs by analysing and monitoring with relevant units
• Management Tool Kit planning, execution and reporting
• Prepare cross countries billing between countries and perform reconciliation
• Present analytics for management to support strategic decisionmaking
• Regular/ routine tasks on expense/ resources management
• Participate related system roll out and ad-hoc projectimplementation
• Maintain and modify Metrics Dashboard
• Prepare and track performance of the department

Requirement

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or other closely related field
• 8 years+ relevant work experience in business/ financial planning and analysis. Experience in banking industry as advantage.
• Prior exposure to budgeting processes, driving budget and forecaststrategically
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in stakeholders’ management as a team player
• Attention to detail, proactive and willing tolearn
• Strong analytical skills and PCskills
• Advantages of having Qlikview/ Tableau knowledge
• Presentation to management
• Fluent speaking in Cantonese and English is a must, able to speak Mandarin as advantage.
