• Play an active role in the design, development and implementation of the bankwide leadership and management training curriculum
• Liaise with the key stakeholders of the Divisions/ Departments and training vendors to ensure effective execution of training solutions in order to achieve the desired results
• Develop and deliver the New Joiners Induction Program
• Support the implementation of leadership development and talent management initiatives, and provide data analysis reports in alignment with the leadership development strategies in building the leadership pipeline of the Bank
• Support the implementation of the Bank’s performance management and administration of the performance management system
• Assist in Corporate’s Culture building and staff engagement projects
• Handle ad-hoc training related projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related disciplines
• With 5 years relevant experience in design and delivery of leadership and management training. Possess experience in talent management, culture change and performance management initiatives would be an advantage
• Strong sense of ownership, attention to details and good time management
• Pro-active in problem-solving, with excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills
• Experience in managing Learning Management System and Performance Management System is preferable
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
• Well-versed in written English and Chinese; Putonghua would be an advantage
