Job description: Responsibilities:
Play an active role in the design, development and implementation of the bankwide leadership and management training curriculum
Liaise with the key stakeholders of the Divisions/ Departments and training vendors to ensure effective execution of training solutions in order to achieve the desired results
Develop and deliver the New Joiners Induction Program
Support the implementation of leadership development and talent management initiatives, and provide data analysis reports in alignment with the leadership development strategies in building the leadership pipeline of the Bank
Support the implementation of the Bank’s performance management and administration of the performance management system
Assist in Corporate’s Culture building and staff engagement projects
Handle ad-hoc training related projects as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related disciplines
With 5 years relevant experience in design and delivery of leadership and management training. Possess experience in talent management, culture change and performance management initiatives would be an advantage
Strong sense of ownership, attention to details and good time management
Pro-active in problem-solving, with excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills
Experience in managing Learning Management System and Performance Management System is preferable
Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
Well-versed in written English and Chinese; Putonghua would be an advantage
