• 3-5 years’ experience within aircraft leasing, investment banking, credit risk, or a related financial sector.
• Strong financial acumen, with solid technical knowledge of aircraft leasing structures, airline credit risk, and market dynamics.
• A relevant qualification such as an MSc in Finance or Aviation Finance, CFA, ACCA, or Actuarial Science would be highly advantageous.
• Proven ability to assess complex airline financials, identify market and sector risks, and deliver actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – crucial for influencing internal and external decision-makers.
• Ambitious, adaptable, and eager to build a long-term career within a growing and evolving global aviation platform.
