Good performance is always rewarded accordingly. ‘ ‘ JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Build a diversified, robust and productive network of sales channels to serve segments for Astro products & services. Primary focus is to win dominant share of household segments with broadband/ fibre offerings by building reseller relationships, and subsequently develop win-win partnerships with other adjacent businesses (from electrical & electronics to e-commerce & connectivity-powered solutions) for pay TV, no frills and OTT offerings. Beyond the obvious goals of value creation and resource management, the role requires strong relationship building and powerful business ideas. Enablers include but not limited to new business models, incentive management, relationship development, process design, and effectively leveraging the sales & marketing machinery. Key focus is implementation and operational excellence to deliver high levels of productivity. Additionally, manage relationships and market intelligence to drive new ideas for growth. Measures of success Increase ratio of indirect sale-to-direct sales via focus on resellers Count of sustainable and sizable new partners Revenue value acquisition of partners, defined by nature and cost of channels Quality of acquisition subs both in survivability and plan mix Operationalize GTM- POSM/ touchpoint audit, NPS, attrition rate of dealers, productivity How is your day to day looking like: Idea development and implementation, for new relationships and channel campaigns Co-develop and expand Astro touchpoints for acquisition, grow productivity and yield Feedback loop, design and execute enhanced customer experiences in channel/ channel readiness Improve business process, incentive design and operations to support channels Channel insights and performance management Modernizing digital capabilities relating to channel performance to provide efficiency, agility Manage productivity of assigned channels (retail, dealers, resellers, and more) Integrity, compliance and brand stewardship in relation to partners Manages Astro leadership and stakeholders for alignment and approvals, maximizing organizational capabilities to deliver goals. Where necessary, guide project management and go-to-market preparation to deliver channel performance. REQUIREMENTS: Degree in in the field of business, marketing, product management or any other related field Strong appreciation and understanding of content, connectivity, technology and/ or household solutions Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate business strategy and create compelling case for value creation Highly capable in developing business cases and operational execution of partner relationships Robust analytical skills, business empathy, has a knack for innovation and attention to detail Exceptional communication skills to brings diverse group of people towards a common direction. Attitude/ aptitude to be hands-on and on-ground as and when necessary, with skills to develop SOPs and frameworks for operational excellence
