• Support management to formulate and implement annual business plan to align with the Bank’s strategy
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across internal and external parties and Head Office to drive new strategic initiatives and projects
• Monitor the implementation of strategic initiatives and KPIs, provide ongoing analysis of resource utilization and business performance and make recommendations for continuous improvement
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape and client portfolio to identify growth opportunities and threats
• Conduct regular review of the bank’s corporate governance frameworks and policies
• Prepare management reports and presentations, including but not limited to resource utilization and business performance metrics
• Coordinate business events and projects as and when needed

Ideal candidates should possess:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related discipline
• At least 6 years’ relevant business management and planning experience, preferably in Corporate Banking business
• Good understanding of Greater China development, cross-border business and regulations
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with different stakeholders
• Excellent presentation and project management skills
• Strong PC skills, proficient in using Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing is a must
• Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English
