• Analyze sales data, prepare sales reports and forecast demands for the retail stores

• Monitor sales of retail stores and online store, maintain inventory level to fulfill the demands

• Analyze customers data to assess buying behaviors and trends

• Organize promotional campaigns and sales events to drive sales

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience, satisfaction and loyalty.

• Formulate visual merchandising display plans for the retail stores to engage customers and optimize sales.

• Coach, mentor, and motivate retail staff to maintain high level of performance and productivity

Job Requirements:– Full Time University Graduate or Equivalent (Any Majors) 全日制大學(任何學科)
(Part-time degree will not be considered 兼讀課程並不適用)– Min 3 years of Retailing or Wholesales management experience in Hong Kong in Outdoor Sports,or Casual Wears三年以上在香港之野外用品或便服之批發或零售管理之經驗– Good English mastering skill 良好英文會話及書寫能力– Experience in Web Store Management & E-marketing 電子媒介及網店管理經驗– Experience in Visual Merchandising 店舖陳列之管理經驗– Passion in outdoor activities 熱愛野外活動– Willing to travel to USA / Europe / Japan 需往美 / 歐 / 日公幹(Without any experience of sales management in Hong Kong will not be considered 無香港地區之銷售管理經驗者恕不考慮)Personal data collected will be used for recruitment purpose.
