Assist in overall project planning and co-ordination;
Monitor site progress including quality of work, and prepare progress reports;
Arrange and attend client meetings, main contractor/consultant meetings, and site visits when required
Liaise, communicate and coordinate with different parties including clients, architects, consultants, and sub-contractors for on-site progress and ensure workmanship is carried out in accordance with contract requirements
Assist in tender cost calculation and contract administration
Work closely with the internal stakeholders to manage and ensure the smooth and timely delivery of architecture projects
Material inquiry, submission, and ordering; and
Processing contractors’ invoices and assist in payment applications to clients and assessing sub-contractors’ work progress
Assist the project team with ad hoc assignments
Job Requirements
Higher diploma or above in interior design / architecture / mechanical or relevant disciplines preferred.
5 years or above relevant experience, preferably in interior fit-out projects or maintenance;
Less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager;
Experience in hospitality; MTR Station and shopping mall project highly prefer;
Good at IT literacy, such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Excel, Project);
Proficient in 3D AutoCAD will be an advantage but not a must
With a detailed mind, work independently and good communication skills; and
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Immediate available is highly preferred.
