Job description: Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operations of IT Department and supervise IT staff
• Ensure smooth delivery of IT services across the Group by monitoring systems performance and providing operation support
• Perform regular checks on network and data security
• Conduct IT infrastructure and system audits and recommend relevant strategies, policies and procedures
• Oversee and determine timeframes for IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations, and outages
• Manage the end-to-end development process for any new systems/applications or changes to existing systems
• Perform application development which includes gathering user requirements, software development, user support and conduct training
• Develop and implement IT policy and best practice guides
• Plan, manage and report on the IT department’s annual budget
• Provide regular reports and updates to the management team

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
• At least 8 years relevant working experience
• Substantial experience in IT management for at least 5 years, ideally overseeing IT environments in mid to large size companies
• Proven experience in supporting of regional MIS systems and application deployment
• Experience in programming languages, including MS SQL, JavaScript, HTML / CSS, and other Web related technologies.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in implementing and/or managing Microsoft M365 applications, including MS Exchange, Outlook, Teams, AD domain and other relevant tools
• Expertise in virtualization technologies like VMware / Hyper-V and a solid understanding of both on-premises and cloud backup, recovery, and business continuity planning.
• Strong communication skill and able to speak Mandarin
• Preferably certified in CCNA, CCSA, CCSE and MCSE
• Experience in any of the following is an advantage:

• MS Exchange
• Navision and other finance system
• Vtiger and other CRM system
• Jira or similar project management
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior MIS Officer
