  • Collaborate closely with the Manager Business Operations to support business forecasting initiatives.
  • Contribute to the preparation of the monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) projections by integrating insights from diverse business cycles and functions.
  • Assist Manager Business Operations in fulfilling budget activity requirements, including:
  • Monthly forecasting of KPIs and their components for the upcoming financial year.
  • Variance analysis on business performance (bridge workings).
  • Using past trends and business cycles to forecast units and sales for the upcoming financial year.
  • Work alongside Manager Business Operations and Manager Data Analytics to compile various business insights, currently focusing on:
  • Generating the Probable Defaulters report.
  • Conducting analysis on feeder loss, including assessment of actual units lost.
  • Evaluating the recovery shortfall for IND consumers
  • Contributes to the development of analytical tools and methodologies to enhance decision-making processes.
  • Assist in the development of performance metrics and dashboards to monitor key business indicators.
  • Share best practices and lessons learned with colleagues to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization.
  • Assist in the preparation of executive-level reports and presentations for senior management meetings, summarizing key findings, insights, and recommendations derived from data analysis.
  • Act as a liaison between Business Centers and other departments to facilitate communication and streamline processes.
  • Support in the data preparation for Monthly performance meetings with Business Centers.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Data Analytics or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Data Analysis, Management Reporting, Financial Analysis, preferably in the utility or energy sector.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, dashboarding tools and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
