• Provide guidance and direction to the teams.
• Drive development and objective structurization plans.
• Co-ordinate the performance management review process – probationary, mid and annual reviews; regular catch-up meetings with individual team members on periodical basis.
• Maintain a favorable work relationship with the team to promote a cooperative and harmonious work environment.

BusinessMeter Replacement:

• Oversee meter replacement process as per business needs.
• Undertakes immediate SAP based device replacement process.
• Ensures maintaining updated record of replaced meters at all times.

Meter Installation:

• Plan, organize & execute meter installation/replacement jobs as per business needs.
• Ensure prioritization in clearing backlog of faulty/stopped meters and related consumer complaints.
• Ensure regular site spot-checks to identify non-efficient performers, safety lapses, hindrance related issues for both KE & Contractor teams and undertake subsequent corrective measures.
• Undertakes immediate dispatch of teams for mitigating emergent/priority situations.
• Ensure immediate reporting of fake meters installation observed at site to Line Manager.

Managing Meter Installation Teams:

• Supervise and deploy field teams including site surveyors through an efficient mechanism encompassing all stages from application till meter installation.
• Efficient deployment of teams responsible for Meter fault rectification based on site inspection report/consumer request.
• Ensure all safety procedures/SOPs are adopted and implemented in letter & spirit by all field team staff.

Meter Management:

• Undertake control of devices’ inventory in liaison with IM/Cluster.
• Manage transportation and handling of meters with due care.
• Deposit back removed faulty meters to DMS for testing results.

Coordination:

• Coordinate with centralized New Connection Support Team for resolution of issues on a regular basis.
• Coordinate with CA back office for quick disposal of cases routed for acquiring dues clearance.
• Coordinate with RMTD and other stakeholders as deemed necessary for routine matters as well as any other issues that may arise from time to time.
• Coordinate with CA:

 to run device replacement in SAP system
 for punching of JCF for new devices to be taken on panel
 for converting meters (removed, not in use or not available on site) into inactive/move-out to avoid future wrong billing
