Frozen and Chilled products are available at selected stores.Assistant Manager, Merchandise & Inventory Management (Ref: 250606)Responsibilities:

• Inventory planning based on sales trend, promotion schedule and seasonal effect
• Analyze product demand, research demand drivers, refine the forecast to reflect updated sales momentum, and adjust inventory plans accordingly
• Prepare accurate demand forecast and maintain healthy stock level for high amount of SKUs formulate strategic planning to drive sales target
• Responsible for handling Inventory Control, Stock Allocation, Stock Control and Shipping arrangement to ensure the supply chain programs are properly implemented and executed
• Work closely with internal parties such as Operation, Purchasing, Logistic Team to utilize warehouse capacity, determine the reorder points and ensure that there are sufficient levels of inventory maintained in stores and warehouse
• Closely monitor the inventory level and work out seasonal sales and aging stock clearance plan with Purchasing, managing range additions and deletions on the system
• Provide reports based on the business requirements such as stock holding and performance report
• Seek continuous improvements on inventory performance and work process to enhance efficiency
• Perform any related ad hoc administrative duties

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Supply Chain Management/Logistics/Statistic/Information Technology or other related disciplines
• Min. 5 years in demand and supply planning experience in Retail or FMCG business
• Experience in implementing & improve inventory control system will be an advantage
• Mature, dynamic, resourceful, multi-tasked and with excellent Excel skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Less experienced will be considered as Senior Officer, Merchandise & Inventory Management
• Immediate available is preferred
