An ideal candidate should have BBA/MBA degree along with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in media planning, campaign management, and strategic advertising across traditional and digital channels.Assistant Manager – Media Planning job role is to develop, execute, and optimize media strategies across various channels to enhance brand visibility and achieve marketing objectives.Job Responsibilities:

• Research and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
• Develop media strategies that align with the client’s goals, using a mix of media channels e.g., TV, radio, print, digital, social media.
• Create detailed media plans, including schedules, placements, and costs.
• Work closely with creative teams to ensure that the messaging and creative elements align with the media strategy.
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics e.g., reach, impressions, click-through rates.
• Prepare post-campaign reports and provide insights on the effectiveness of the media plan.
