• Establish and enhance sales policies and procedures of SI/DCI/BONDS investment products and FX TRF products for Treasury Marketing Unit business to ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and bank guidelines.
• Responsible to day-to-day trading controls processes, documents review, and regularly internal policy review, transactions review, MIS reports. Improve control process to ensure compliance with requirements and guidelines.
• Responsible to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to build up and improve trading system (TMP/SPS) to enhance transactions or daily operations efficiency.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to provide new products/service, especially in structured products and FX, and ensure policies and procedures implemented are compliant to bank guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements:

• University graduate or above with major in Finance or related disciplines.
• Minimum 7 year of relevant experience, preferably experience in treasury business management or structured product Management.
• Solid knowledge of Treasury products, especially in SI/DCI structured products or FX TRF products and related regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua.
